Instructions for the editing of the working papers ACCEPTED FORMATS:

- PDF (preferred format, but please leave the technical and non-technical abstracts in "Word")
- Word (equations should be written using "symbols" or using equation editor. If written otherwise, please send the appropriate fonts)
- Wordperfect (6.1 or previous versions)
- TEX (please send .dvi file + styles + fonts)
