mDSS4: new website!

The mDSS4, originally developed in the context of the project MULINO, has been further developed and applied with the contribution of several other projects as a generic DSS for assisting participatory processes in Natural Resources Management.

The mDSS has become one component of the more comprehensive NetSyMoD approach (http://www.netsymod.eu/)
